Return and Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair refunds for damaged, lost, or incorrect orders — and exactly what is and isn’t returnable.
1. Policy overview
Because research peptides are temperature- and integrity-sensitive laboratory products, all sales of unopened items are final and we do not accept returns of unopened, opened, or used products, except as required by law or as set out below. We offer full refunds or free replacements for orders that arrive damaged, are lost in transit, are incorrectly shipped, or have a verified purity/quality issue. This policy is shown before you pay.
2. What is eligible
- Damaged vials on arrival (with photo evidence)
- Lost parcels confirmed by courier
- Incorrect items shipped
- Product purity/quality issues backed by data
3. NOT ELIGIBLE
Unopened items (all sales final) · Opened or partially used vials · Buyer’s remorse · Change of mind · Incorrect address provided by buyer · Items refused at customs (international)
4. Return shipping & restocking fees
In the rare case we ask you to return an item (for example, an incorrect product shipped), we provide a prepaid return label — you pay nothing. We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved claims receive a full refund or a free replacement of the same item — whichever you prefer.
6. Refund process
- Email support@thepeptidecode.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method, or a replacement is dispatched free of charge.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
